Audits

Internal and external audits of quality are foreseen by the Quality Assurance system of 4Clinics.

Internal audits, which are conducted by the Quality Assurance department of 4Clinics, are applicable to the whole array of 4Clinics's policies and procedures, as well as to samples of projects. Internal audits assess:

  • The regular update of our procedures in the scope of the Quality System
  • The application of the procedures on the different projects selected for the audit.

During the visit of external audit, our clients have the possibility to check the actual state and the updating of our procedures and documentations.

We are very attentive to the remarks of our clients. That is why an adaptation, even slight, of our procedures can be tailored to our client's needs within a short delay.

During the external audit visits, the documents related to quality and to the selected studies of the society conducting the audit, are made available for the auditors.

The staff members who participate or have already participated in the project can also be involved in the external audits.
