Being an 4Clinics colleague


When joining 4Clinics, you will participate in an induction program that will cover all aspects of our company. You will be assigned a mentor who will assist you during the first weeks at 4Clinics to be sure you are integrated into the company. 
You will meet your manager on a weekly basis during the 1st month and on a monthly basis afterwards to be sure that job expectations are aligned.


Professional evolution


You will participate in exciting projects where technology meets business. This is the scope where you will deploy your skills and gain expertise giving you the opportunity to grow with challenging assignments. Like other 4Clinics colleagues, your manager will conduct a yearly appraisal meeting with you, review past activities (including the review of past trainings) and discuss objectives
for the coming year (including training requirements). You will also be able to position yourself within one of our “Evolution Paths” and to discuss your vision of future development.
