Xavier Ghyssens (M.Sc.) - Chief Executive Officer

Xavier obtained a Masters Degree in Physics and subsequently went on to obtain a Degree in Finance from the Université Catholique de Louvain(UCL). He founded All4it Groupe in 1998. He had a vision: all companies have a hidden wealth of information in their files – in fact, their own “goldmine” of information - which is not exploited to the fullest. He set up All4it and 4Clinics with the aim of perfecting client-oriented data “goldmining”.

Jean Fernandez (M.Sc.) - Chief Operational Officer

Jean has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 15 years as Head of Data Management and Head of Biostatistics. He spent 7 years at GSK and 4½ years at UCB before joining 4Clinics in 2005. He has been involved in establishing off-shore data management teams, developing and installing EDC solutions and in preparing e-submissions for clinical dossiers.

Joffroy Moreau - Chief Financial Officer

Joffroy started with Bain & Company as a management consultant working on strategic assignments for FMCG and ICT companies across Europe (turnaround, merger, acquisition, due diligence)., He then joined Theodorus/Sherpa as investment manager to lead a portfolio of participations (mainly ICT and high tech). Being passionate about entrepreneurship and strategic growth, he reinforced the team at 4Clinics/All4it Group in 2008
