4Clinics COVID 19 Letter to Customers and Partners

[18-03-2020]

Dear 4Clinics Customer, Partners and Friends,

During this time of unprecedented uncertainty, all of us here at 4Clinics companies are concerned about the safety and well-being of our families, colleagues, customers and partners.

Our hearts are with those who have been affected personally by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) as well as the many communities around the world that are facing extreme measures in the attempt to slow its spread.

For nearly 15 years, we have been honored by the trust you place in us to run your clinical trials, data analysis and IT business processes. In today’s challenging environment, we want to provide you with more information as to how we are securing our business and, in turn, yours.

Company Assurance to Customers and Partners

4Clinics has developed a Business Continuity Plan to respond to incidents, such as COVID-19, while safeguarding the health of our employees and minimizing the impact on the delivery of services to you.

4Clinics teams have put the following measures in place for all 4Clinics locations
- For all the teams, work can be conducted through remote connections, which enables
teams to work off-site. 4Clinics has a long and proven experience with remote working:
communication tools and VPN installed and used on each laptop. Employees have been
instructed on the principles of social distancing and hygiene based on guidance from health authorities.
- For 4Clinics maintenance and support functions, we have a business continuity plan in
place that is currently activated. All internal systems, tools, monitors, etc. are designed to permit remote work.

Company Guidance to Employees

4Clinics is working in alignment with recommendations from local and national health authorities, to coordinate all efforts around the COVID-19 situation and provide guidance to 4Clinics staff.
Notable actions include but are not limited to:
• Asking all employees to work remotely
• Announcing the cancellation or postponement of physical events planned until further
notice, and evaluating which events will be delivered as a virtual experience
• Restricting all employee travels

4Clinics, as a company specialized in infectious diseases, is honored to be involved in the development of potential treatments and vaccines.

We realize these are uncertain times as the world navigates this pandemic. 4Clinics is fully committed to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees. This is our top priority in order to maintain the business continuity needed to provide our support and services.
